Your Heart Will Melt...Another Reason Why We Love Weddings and Sparklers!

"I want to share a sweet moment from this wedding with you. Everyone was gathered outside after the reception waiting to light the sparklers and send A&I off in style. Allison's dad came out, called all of the jovial guests to attention and told us that Allison had been waiting for this moment her whole life. Hello pressure! However I live for moments like these, when I get the opportunity to make something you've only imagined a reality! The guests all did their sparkler waving best and the couple made their big get-a-way. So here's the sweet part. While I was editing the photos from the send-off I noticed Allison's dad standing in the background, looking on with a smile, his sparkler held high over his head long after it had burned out. :)"

Love is in the air...Hearts, Weddings, Valentine's Day!

OK, most years I do not greatly anticipate Valentine's Day. Not because I'm not a fan, but because it usually sneaks up on me! My husband and I plan something at the last minute and I mail Valentine's to grandparents from our kids at the last minute, too.

But this year is different! I guess it's because we have our new Heart Shaped Sparklers and I'm looking at images of hearts every day! =)

So when I came across this beautiful photograph I just had to share. I love the simplicity and gorgeous reflection of wedding sparklers in the water. Kudos to Connecticut photographer Richard Esposito for his creativity and vision! Just goes to show you how artistic wedding photographers can be!

New Heart Sparklers Available Now!

We are very excited to announce the addition of Heart Sparklers to our product line... just in time for Valentine's Day weddings!

Our Heart Sparklers are made with the same quality materials as our #14, #20 and #36 metal wire sparklers. They are beautiful!

They are the largest heart-shaped sparklers available in the United States. Each sparkler measures 11 inches in length and 3.5 inches across the width of the heart. They will burn for 1.5 minutes.

We worked closely with our manufacturers in China to develop Heart Sparklers specifically for our wedding customers. We think they will be a wonderful addition to any wedding or romantic event!

An arch of sparklers for your wedding

My favorite picture of my Mom and Dad's wedding is of them running under an arch of sabers. My Mom has clutched the side of her dress and ducked her head ever so slightly and my Dad is dressed to the nines in his Army uniform. Their faces are lit up with big smiles. It's a great military wedding tradition and creates a very memorable image for me.

Maybe that is why I like seeing sparklers used at the grand exit of a wedding. It is very reminiscent of my Mom and Dad's exit. Couples dash under lit sparklers with faces full of excitement and joy.
