Special thank you to blogger Phun Phoebe

We would like to send a special shout out to our friend Phoebe who reviewed our sparklers on her website PhunPhoebe.com.  Phoebe is a 4th Grader in Dallas, TX and loves to play tennis!  She started blogging last year and we think her blog is great!

Phoebe and her family had fun using some of our sparklers this spring and she was kind enough to give us an awesome review on her "Cool Things" page.

Birds Cafe

One of our oldest customers, Mary Preston from Birds Cafe, sent me some pictures with our sparklers in action from her restaurant in Hollywood.

This picture made me smile when I saw it!!  I am sure that any night at Birds Cafe will be a night to remember!  Not only do they have great happy hour drink specials, they also have tasty food to go along with it.  Customers drop by Birds and start their evening off with drinks and to socialize amongst friends.

You'll find Birds Restaurant in the heart of LA's most historic district, nestled below the Hollywood sign. They have been a Los Angeles landmark since 1994, serving great food in a unique atmosphere.  If Birds hasn't been part of your Hollywood experience before now, make that change! Whether you want a sunny patio seat to while away the afternoon, or a booth to kick back in for the evening, Birds Cafe is the place to be.

What I really liked about Birds Cafe is that pets are always welcome outside on the patio.  They even have a special doggie menu!  A percentage of their profits goes towards supporting animal welfare projects in the area.

If you are in the Los Angeles area, be sure to stop Birds Cafe for a truly fun, unique place to eat!

Voila! Wedding Show

BreeAnn Gale from Pink Blossom Events, a northwestern wedding and event planning company, sent me these pictures from her recent wedding show Voila!.  As one of Seattle's most talked about events, their 3rd annual show was another huge success!   Panache & Pink Blossom Events host this intimate, sophisticated wedding show that allows brides to get acquainted with crème de la crème wedding professionals.

We donated some Heart Sparklers to be used as a display for one of the tables.  I absolutely love what BreeAnn did with our sparklers.  These ideas are too good not to pass on!!

The Heart Sparklers are so elegant that they can be used as a centerpiece on tables.  Each guest can easily grab a sparkler before heading outside for the bride and groom's grand exit.

I think the personalized card in the little vase makes a great addition on guest tables.  As much as I loved this idea, I loved the next idea even better!!

There are so many creative ways to display sparklers before the send off, but putting a sparkler in each napkin is such a unique idea!

Congratulations to BreannAne Gale from Pink Blossom Events & Panache on another great turnout for the Voila! show!!  Thank you for letting us be a part of your event and for sending me these wonderful pictures!!  I look forward to being a part of your fabulous event next year!!

Our favorite crafter published in Mingle Magazine

BuySparklers.com was just mentioned in the April 2012 edition of Mingle Magazine.  Seattle Blogger, Malia Karlinsky who is a DIY Diva, crafted a rustic 4th of July Party and used our sparklers for her celebration.  The magazine hit the newsstands on April 1st, here is a picture of the article:

Malia made fun, inexpensive baskets with sparklers and modge podged match boxes for her friends.  What a fabulous idea!  This is what the finished basket looked like:
