Although this incredible photo didn't take first place in our 2012 Photo Contest, it took first place in our hearts! This is such an adorable photo and the best romantic story we received.
This is Allie and Josh Holland from Chattanooga, TN leaving their wedding reception on May 5, 2012. Cinco de Mayo is a very special day for these two! They actually met on Cinco de Mayo a couple of years ago. This date holds such a special place in their hearts and they decided to not only get married on this day, but also incorporate some Cinco de Mayo fun into their wedding.
I think the sombreros were just an incredible touch that really symbolized Cinco de May. What a fun way to incorporate how they met with the day they became husband and wife. I smiled when I saw the picture and then after I read their story, all I could say was "Awwww!!!"
