Earlier this summer, Nicole, our Customer Care Specialist, talked with a very sweet guy named Joe. He wanted to make his marriage proposal extra special by using wedding sparklers.Joe was kind enough to send us a photo of his surprise proposal. She was shocked, amazed and she said YES!
